RETURN POLICY:

All unused and unopened items can be returned within 30-Days of your item(s) purchase date. All items can be returned for a refund. Resalefirm.com does not offer exchanges or in-store credit at this time.

RETURN CRITERIA:

All Items must be returned in their original condition.
This means if a New item was purchased, the item must be new, in original packaging with seal not broken. If item comes in packaging, original packaging must be included with the return.
All items that are returned not in the same condition they were purchased are subject to a re-stocking fee, up to 20% of total purchase price.

RETURN TIMEFRAME:

Please allow 3-5 business days for returned merchandise to be refunded after delivery back to us.
Returns are accepted within a 30-Day window of Purchase Date. Returns will not be accepted due to incidental damage, user installation error, or any other human error or mistake.

RETURN PROCESS:

All returns must be submitted via our "Contact Us" page.
Process:
All returns are processed via "Contact Us" form, or e-mail support@resalefirm.com. Please e-mail us with order number and your issue with your product, and once it is approved, and we will send you detailed instructions on where to send it, and how refund is sent. ResaleFirm is not responsible for any return shipping/handling costs (unless it arrived damaged, or was a mistake on our part), We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail.

RESPONSE TIMEFRAME:

We typically respond in 24 hours or less, and our business operation hours are Business Hours: 8AM-4PM MST, M-F.

Return packages must include your full name, and order number, otherwise the return will not be able to be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and means of transport. 

STORE CREDIT:

We do not offer store credit at this time. No exceptions.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued for any item that was a mistake/defect on our part, or meets the parameters for a refund. (See Return Criteria) Up to a 20% re-stocking fee may apply.
