Discount Codes:

Discount Codes are applicable to all categories, store-wide.

Payments:

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, JCB, Diners Club, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal.

Cancellations: 

Our items ship every business day 8AM MT, Monday through Friday, so as long as the cancellation request is made before our shipments are processed the following business day, we will be able to get your order cancelled.  

Orders:

All items displayed on resalefirm.com that are not marked as sold out, are available for worldwide purchase.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order pricing.
All orders will be shipped to the address that is put in at checkout, item addresses cannot be changed after order confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your order, please message support@resalefirm.com prior to our shipping deadlines (8AM M-F MST).
All orders placed and confirmed before 7AM MST M-F will ship out same-day.
All payments are made through our Shopify Partners, Major Credit Cards, Apple and Google pay, and PayPal.
All orders are sold "where-is". If item is lost in transit, we will refund you, however, insufficient addresses, RTS, or items shows "marked as delivered" by the mail service, releases us of liability and encourage you to reach out to the carrier company directly.

Returns: 

All Items must be returned in their original condition.
All items that are returned not in the same condition they were purchased are subject to a re-stocking fee, up to 20%.
Returns are accepted within a 30-Day window of Purchase Date. Returns will not be accepted due to incidental damage, user installation error, or any other human error or mistake.
Returns are accepted for defective merchandise.
Please allow 3-5 business days for returned merchandise to be refunded after delivery back to us.

Accounts are not necessary for purchase, however creating an account will allow you for faster checkout, exclusive discounts for account-holders.
All payment details supplied by yourself must be correct and valid, and can be changed under Account Settings.

ResaleFirm strives to protect the privacy of our customers and visitors. Customer information is not disclosed to third-parties, unless it is used for the order itself (Shipping Companies, Credit Card protection services, etc.
Once a purchase is made , we may contact you in order to update you on special promotions, you can opt-in for these at checkout, or at the bottom of our main page.

Our company does sell trademarked items, such as Nintendo consoles, and Apple iPods. We do not affiliate ourselves with any brand or company, simply sell their products. All copyrights, trademarked and any other intellectual property are owned by the brand-owners.
Any accessories or parts we sell, are not made by the brand in the title of the listing, however, they are compatible with those items. So any cables, chargers, or replacement parts are compatible with, but not made by the brand.
